Hirox schuf einen v\u00f6llig neuen Neigungsstand mit mehreren integrierten Sensoren mit hochpr\u00e4ziser, motorisierter 80 mm-Z-Achse.<\/p>

Der XY-Tisch kann manuell oder motorisiert (50x50mm oder 100x100mm) f\u00fcr die automatische XYZ-Erfassung verwendet werden. Das Stativ verf\u00fcgt au\u00dferdem \u00fcber eine integrierte Durchlichtbeleuchtung, die von der HRX-01-Software gesteuert wird und die Beobachtungsm\u00f6glichkeiten erh\u00f6ht, sowie Antivibrationsf\u00fc\u00dfe f\u00fcr verbesserte Stabilit\u00e4t.
